Thought Of The Day…

Now, this is about appreciating more than complaining, and accepting more than rejecting. All summed up under RESPECT.

You can complain all you want, but our amazing society, yes AMAZING, is not going to change(maybe a little, but nothing major). I cant do this or I can’t do that.., believe me when I say nothing is stopping you. But then again everything has a limit, we don’t live in Never Land. Every society has its faults, if only you open your eyes I’m sure that you would trade being unemployed or being homeless with anything in the world. How about starting with accepting your society, be grateful for what its is and all that it offers.

In short, Respect the fact that if you have a roof over your head and food in your stomach your more blessed than a million others who would kill for a grain of rice.

Question of the day: What are you thankful for the most?

*drum roll*

As the new year came, and recently turning 19, i couldn’t help but look back in my life. Not to go back, but to look forward. I can’t deny, ignore, or change my past, just accept it. I’ve made a few mistakes, i’ve enjoyed many memories. Made friends, lost some. But that doesn’t matter because i’m where I’m supposed to be. One thing i’ve learned, the worst is over.

Blinding our lives with other people’s choices

Everyday we’re given choices to pick, whether it was a shirt, what time to leave or who we let in our lives. We’ve been given choices our whole lives. But how much of these choices really do match our lives? Did we choose them or where they given to us? Chosen by people, by strangers on the streets. We’ve been handed these choices as if they were our only ones. It’s hard looking through the window, when everything you’ve ever wanted is just there. Don’t blind your own life with other people’s choices. You’ll never know how amazing you are. Never knowing how much potential you have. If you’re just looking through a window.
